Hey there! I’m Molly Rose Hisgrove, a 23-year-old model based in the heart of Melbourne, Australia. Fashion has been my passion ever since I could remember, and for the past five years, I’ve been fortunate enough to build a career around it. With a background in Communication Design from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), I’ve been able to merge my love for visual storytelling with my work in the fashion industry. Whether it's the sleek, sophisticated looks on the runway or the bold, artistic expressions in editorial shoots, I’ve always believed that fashion is more than just clothing - it’s an art form, a conversation, a statement.
Specialising in editorial, commercial, and runway fashion, I’m known for my punctuality, strong time management, and versatility to different briefs. I thrive in creative environments where collaboration fuels the ideation process, and my attention to detail is second to none. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of brands such as Lindsay Nicholas New York, Stephanie Browne Jewellery, BYS Cosmetics, Nair Australia, Rainbird Clothing and Kmart to name a few.
I’ve had the privilege of walking in prestigious runway events, including the Alice McCall x Shein X Runway, Schwarzkopf Professional ‘Essential Looks’ Conference, Indian Fashion Week, Whitehouse Institute, and the opening of the HSOJ TREAT 25 Live Runway Event. Additionally, I’ve been a regular catwalker at Flemington’s Fashion on the Fields, showcasing my work at multiple Derby Days, Melbourne Cups, and Oaks Days. These incredible experiences have not only honed my skills but also allowed me to connect with industry leaders and fellow creatives, further shaping my journey in the fashion world.
Beyond fashion, I am deeply inspired by Victorian architecture, yoga, pilates, and 80’s rock music. I am an avid reader, with The Colours of Fashion being a favourite, and I love to immerse myself in exhibits such as House of Dior: Seventy Years of Haute Couture, Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse, and Gabrielle Chanel: Fashion Manifesto. Attending stage shows like Aladdin, The Sound of Music, and Beauty and the Beast sparks my creative imagination, particularly when it comes to mise-en-scène, the atmosphere of costuming and design, and how music enhances fashion on stage.
Every project I take on is an opportunity to create something memorable and unique. I bring a commitment to excellence, a passion for creativity, and a strong desire to collaborate with fellow professionals. Let’s work together and make something extraordinary!
